No Internet

Problem: No internet in the end user devices.

Check points:

  • Able to log into the router
  • Able to ping the router
  • Able to view the dhcp is properly leasing ip
  • Unable to ping google.com but able to ping by ip
  • unable to resolve dns put [resolve google.com]

Solution:

Added 8.8.8.8 in the IP > DNS
